Word of the Day

Edras (noun) — Demons that Julette created during the First War in the fantasy novel Choices Meant for Gods; they were banished to the spirit world, but she's found a way to allow them entrance to the mortal world so they can help her with her evil deeds; they're poisonous, of course, and disgusting; they have misaligned jaws and a problem with drooling poisonous spittle all the time; they speak the language of Onweald, but it's difficult to understand them because their vocal cords are lined with gooey, thick, poisonous mucus that they can't really clear (gross, eh?)
Etymology: Fantasy Author Sandy Lender just made up this word (and the creatures)
Word in a Sentence (from the epic fantasy novel Choices Meant for Gods, page 214): And who would have guessed an edras would step out of the cave and bare its teeth at them in the bright sunlight of midday?
Your turn! Do you have any demonic sentences in ya? (And I bet you've never had anyone ask you THAT question before…Just keep in mind that this is fiction, fiction, fiction, fiction, fiction...)
"Some days, I just want the dragon to win."

I wanted to say that I like what you wrote. Unfortunately I haven't come up with anything myself. I will keep working on it. :-)
Thanks, Irwirum!
I post these things like they're challenges every day so, you know, try it fresh tomorrow...
