Word of the Day

No foolin’ around today. We’re goin’ for a real word to complete our art-word trend.
Portrait (noun) – A painting, photograph, or other likeness of a person, especially one showing the face; any close likeness of one thing to another (from Old French)
Word in a Sentence: (We have a sentence from Choices Meant for Gods again today.) The smile of Arcana Taiman beaming down from the portrait spoke volumes beyond the simple story Kaylin had repeated to Chariss. The lady seemed to stand watch over the blue and gray parlor, still offering a safe haven for Geasa’n nearly two hundred years later.
Your turn! Do you have any photo-like sentences to share today?
“Some days, I just want the dragon to win.”
