Extirpate (verb) – To remove; pull up by the roots; exterminate, abolish, destroy the whole of something or someone (from Latin)
Word in a Sentence: In my novel Choices Meant for Gods, the Taimans and Wolds extirpate Tiatha from S’hara to journey to her new life in Arcana.
Your turn! The sentence above is actually rife with more meaning and symbolism than you realize. What cool sentence can you come up with extirpate?
“Some days, you just want the dragon to win.”

There is one thing I definitely would love to extirpate and that is the cause of SHINGLES! That has to be a plague to end all plagues on humanity in my humble opinion! ARRRGH!
