I'm Just at Context 20 in Ohio
Or...rumors of The Dragon's demise have been greatly exaggerated

You know there's something wrong with you when you can use that headline twice on the same blog site...but I know I've used it before. But I had a very dear friend of mine call me up and ask if I was okay because I hadn't updated the site (and Nigel hasn't updated Nigel Presents Sandy Lender over at http://sandylender.blogspot.com) since Sept. 17. I've been extremely busy with multiple deadlines and getting court documents together for my blessed divorce and staying out of the hospital with a kidney infection and whatnot...if it's not one thing it's another. SO! I apologize for the abject neglect.

I'm in Ohio this weekend to speak on a few panels at Context 20. I'll take pictures and bring back news and views for all ya'll.

In the meantime, please pick up a copy of the fantasy novel Choices Meant for Gods and read all about my heroine, Amanda Chariss, since I seem to be having difficulty giving you anything yummy to read here at the blog site...

Hi Sandy,
I like the name of your blog, love dragons, and would thrill to win your basket with the copy of CHOICES MEANT FOR GODS! Dragons are a handful that's for sure but they are so intelligent. I've had some of my best conversations with dragons. I flew over from Author Island today and boy are my dragon's wings tired! *groan* I know, I know...
Anyway, it's nice to "meet" you. Really would love to see your book on my shelf!

Hey! Where the heck is the darned Word for the Day thingy? Been waiting and my vocabulary is dragging too cause you haven't put any new stuff up for me to practice with!

I just wanted to tell you though I gave your blog and your BOOK a plug on my blog tonight under the post "Let The Sunshine In." Hope it sends some blog readers your way and more importantly, maybe nets you a sale or two or more!

I'm sorry for the kidney infection. Congrats on the divorce. Book looks great. I'm from AuthorIsland and I so used to have such a crush on Simon LeBon when I was a lot younger.

Hi Sandy :)
I LOVE Dragons!
I've GOT to get your book, I saw it at Author Island & the blurb caught me immediately (as did the reference to Simon LeBon of Duran Duran, What a hottie ;) .

Greetings,

Sometimes the dragons are meant to
win, or so I've been told! I'm here due to a suggestion from the Author Island site, for which I thank them. I get the feeling
that we were all sent here to
share in your uncertain times,
sent to bring our blessings to you. We hope you are feeling well
soon and that God blesses you!!!
